Let me introduce myself.  I am a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with an MBA from the University of Southern California, and have been a licensed Realtor in Florida since 2001.  My wife Pat and I have been married 42 years and we have 3 children, two boys and a girl and five grandchildren.  

I have lived in Brevard County, Florida the last 15 years, with 13 years on beachside in the exclusive gated community of Lansing Island and have served on the Lansing Island Homeowner’s Association Board for 7 years as Treasurer, Vice- President and President. 

With this background, I can apply my education, knowledge and experience to assist my clients with their most important investment, their home.

I achieved Million Dollar Guild Status as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing in recognition of my knowledge, experience and expertise in the luxury home arena.  Focusing on the Luxury and Waterfront properties and clients, I limit my listings to provide my clients with my complete dedication to achieving their goals.  As a multi-million dollar producer and a member of the Million Dollar Guild, I understand the unique needs of affluent buyers and sellers and recognize the importance of being discreet.
